Installation guide
STEP 1:
Installation of supply and return pipes
We mount supply and return pipes directly to the concrete floor slab from below.
Then we do up to 10 bar hydraulic pressure testing and then drywall specialists assemble a plasterboard ceiling.
We can use both PPR and PEX pipes for supply and return pipes.
STEP 2:
Mounting capillary tube mats to plasterboard ceiling or to prepared concrete ceiling
In the process of assembling drywall ceilings, drywall specialists leave "open zones" for connecting capillary tube mats to supply and return lines.
Then we are mounting capillary tube mats to the plasterboard ceiling from below.
If we mount the mats directly on the concrete base of the ceiling, then it must be pre-leveled before mounting the mats.
Next, we connect the mats to the supply and return lines.
When the mats in all rooms are joint into a single system, we do hydraulic pressure testing of the whole system and leave it under a 8 bar pressure for the entire period of finishing work at the facility.
